We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with receipt and in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Between 30 and 60 days, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Muttropolis has partnered with the US Postal Service and UPS to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping options available. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only for the contiguous United States and excludes oversized items like bags of food that are 20lbs or more and large crates. Shipping charges for these items are calculated at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages as we ship directly from our stores and some items ship directly from the designer.

Standard Shipping 

Standard shipping will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days depending on location via USPS Priority or UPS Ground Shipping. Most orders ship from our Southern California warehouse with orders shipping to the West typically arriving in 2 to 3 days. Certain items may ship directly from the designer and take slightly longer to arrive.

UPS 3 Day Select

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we unfortunately cannot offer 3 Day expedited shipping however most orders will arrive within 2-7 days depending on your location. We will notify you through email if your order will take longer than 7 days. Orders placed before 3pm PST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will not ship until Monday. Please consider these guidelines when choosing expedited shipping. Guaranteed delivery with complete track-ability from the time your order ships until it reaches your doorstep.

3rd Party Shipping 

Certain items may ship directly from the designer and take slightly longer to arrive. These items will be marked in the product description. If your item will take longer than a week to ship we will contact you at the time of receiving your order.
